Dick Johnson
President
Dick has many years experience working in the public sector, beginning as a Recreation Director, Housing Authority Director and Mayor for the City of Taunton. In addition he served twelve years on the Board of Directors on the Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency and two years as a Bristol County Commissioner. His last publicly held office was serving as the City Manager for the City of Lowell.
Beginning his career in the private sector, Dick found himself a role in an important environmental industry; water and wastewater. As a Senior Business Development Manager at Insituform Technologies and Project Vice President at Veolia/US Filter Corporation, Dick worked on building relationships, utilizing his contacts and leadership skills and provided successful solutions in securing multimillion dollar contracts. As a Water Systems Consultant for SUEZ Water Technologies for ten years, he was hired to break ground in a new territory, bringing potable water services and products to New England.
Dick has been a licensed Massachusetts Life & Health Broker for seven years and represents Colonial Life in New England.

Karen Johnson
Vice President
Karen began her professional career as a Public Relations Consultant, working within the energy related industry and developing relationships with communities to promote business growth. Using her education and experience, she then became the broker and owner of a Cape Cod real estate firm. Advocating for her clients, she successfully brokered real estate transactions and managed all aspects of the company.
After leaving the real estate industry, Karen entered the drinking water industry as a Water Systems Consultant for SUEZ Water Technologies. For eight years, she developed new business for potable water related products and services in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. In her last position as a Technical Inside Sales Manager for PAX Water Technologies, she managed sales and technical support for the largest designated territory, covering all of Eastern United States.
Karen has been a licensed Massachusetts Life & Health Broker for seven years and represents Colonial Life in New England.
